Meet Our Team
Behind diving RABAC are Sabrina and Philipp. Together, we run our dive centre in Rabac on the Croatian Adriatic coast. We are joined by our dive centre dog, Calypso, whose unique personality makes her a much-loved member of our little diving RABAC family.
Philipp
SSI Assistant Instructor Trainer | Dive Training, Guiding & Skipper
Philipp is responsible for everything that happens on and below the water at diving RABAC. As an SSI Assistant Instructor Trainer, he oversees all dive training, guides our guests on their dives and ensures that safety, quality and enjoyment go hand in hand.
Whether it is your first breath underwater, continuing education for experienced divers or more challenging dives, Philipp places great importance on thorough preparation, personal attention and a relaxed atmosphere.
He is also frequently in action above the water. As our skipper, he usually takes the helm of our dive boat and brings our guests to the most beautiful dive sites around Rabac.
Sabrina
Guest Relations | Organisation & Dive Centre Management
Sabrina is the heart and soul of diving RABAC and often the first friendly face our guests meet at the dive centre. With her warm, attentive and helpful nature, she makes sure that everyone feels welcome and well looked after from the very first moment.
She takes care of check-in, equipment rental and personal guest assistance. Behind the scenes, she keeps everything running smoothly, from office administration and finances to the overall organisation of the dive centre.
Together with Philipp, Sabrina coordinates the daily schedule, organises diving courses and ensures that everything runs smoothly. This allows our guests to focus on what really matters: unforgettable diving experiences in Rabac.

Calypso
Dive Centre Dog & Four-Legged Welcome Committee
Our team also includes Calypso, our American Bulldog and the four-legged heart of the dive centre. While Sabrina keeps everything organised on land and Philipp accompanies our guests underwater, Calypso has her own special role: spreading good cheer and creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
As our dive centre dog, she is an essential part of everyday life at diving RABAC. And although she already looks like a real diving professional in her photo, she prefers to leave the underwater adventures to our guests.

At diving RABAC, Philipp, an SSI Assistant Instructor Trainer, personally guides you through your diving education. From your first breaths underwater and a wide range of specialty programmes to professional dive training, our focus is on expert knowledge, practical experience and individual attention.
From Beginner to Experienced Diver
Whether you want to discover the underwater world for the first time or take your diving skills to the next level, we offer SSI diving courses for different experience levels. These include beginner training, advanced courses and a wide range of specialty programmes. Philipp provides practical, hands-on training tailored to your individual experience and needs.
Your Path to Becoming an SSI Professional
Do you want to turn your passion for diving into a career or develop your skills as a dive professional? At diving RABAC, we offer SSI Divemaster and Assistant Instructor training, as well as a range of Specialty Instructor programmes. As an SSI Assistant Instructor Trainer, Philipp has the qualifications to guide you along this professional development path.
Experience for More Challenging Dives
In addition to dive training, another important part of our work is guiding guests underwater. We take recreational divers to a variety of dive sites and fascinating wrecks around Rabac. For suitably trained divers, we also offer guided technical dives, including dives to the Lina and Vis wrecks.
